Jack plays a key role in evaluating and supporting M&A advisory transactions at Kroll Capital™. He specializes in sellside advisory services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Before joining our team, Jack honed his skills at Crosstree Capital Partners--gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, deal structuring, and market outreach.
Known for his analytical rigor, research and collaborative approach, Jack works closely with our team to develop customized strategies that drive transaction success, from initial valuation through closing. His commitment to clear communication and attention to detail ensures clients feel supported at every stage of the process.
