Jack contributes to Kroll Capital™’s advisory practice by researching, sourcing, and evaluating potential sell‑side transactions that meet each client’s unique goals. A member of the Honors Program at the Carlson School of Management, he applies his rigorous academic training in Finance and Accounting to develop detailed financial models, perform market analyses, and support due diligence efforts. Jack’s proactive approach and precision ensure that our clients receive actionable, data‑driven insights throughout every phase of the M&A process.
