President
Bob founded Kroll Capital™ in 2011 with a clear mission: to deliver unbiased, creative M&A advisory services that put the client’s needs first. Drawing on over 30 years of executive operating experience—both domestically and internationally—Bob has guided dozens of transactions, helping business owners and investors achieve optimal outcomes in sales, recapitalizations, and growth investments.
Prior to launching Kroll Capital™, Bob held senior leadership roles in distribution and niche manufacturing firms, where he gained hands‑on expertise in instrumentation, sensors, systems, and software for aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial, and agricultural applications. He has successfully exited multiple businesses and served on the boards of companies spanning financial services, value‑added distribution, and engineered manufacturing—bringing a well‑rounded perspective to every engagement.
Bob’s approach combines rigorous financial analysis with a deep network of strategic and financial buyers. He personally oversees deal sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management, ensuring each client benefits from tailored strategies that maximize value while mitigating risk. As a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor and Series 65 license holder, Bob stays active in industry organizations such as ACG, AM&AA, AUVSI, NCMA, and NDIA, contributing to best practices and thought leadership in the M&A community.
