Kroll Capital is pleased to announce the addition of John Whalen to its team as V.P. of Business Development. John is responsible for Kroll Capital’s deal sourcing pipeline and client relationships. Prior to joining Kroll Capital, he spent over 20 years in Corporate Development working on Mergers and Acquisitions in the middle market locating and negotiating transactions with a wide variety of business owners. He has deep experience in managing the entire deal process from inception to closing and transition. He has a BSc. from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana, IL and has completed graduate work at the University of Illinois Chicago.
